About Haeden

I received my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with specialization in Art Therapy from Lesley University in 2016 and worked in community mental health until starting HRP Counseling in 2023.

I am a white, transmasculine non-binary, neurodivergent individual working and living in the unceded territory of the Pennacook communities with the Pawtucket Village and Wamesit Village. I integrate both my professional and personal experiences in my work with LGBTQ+ identified youth and adults.

My specialty is in supporting trans and nonbinary youth and young adults in both identity related areas as well as other mental health concerns. I also have extensive experience working with youth and young adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and autism using neurodiversity affirming frameworks.

I am always in the journey of decolonizing my therapy practice and finding ways to re-imagine my field and encourage colleagues to do so as well. During sessions I integrate beliefs in trauma informed care, anti-oppression work, neurodiversity, fat liberation, disability justice, and gender affirming care among other areas of liberation work.

I currently reside north of Boston with one wonderful little cat. Some of the things I enjoy outside of being a therapist are baking, reading fantasy novels, and pottery.
