I provide a combination of talk, play, and art therapy to clients ages 6 into adulthood over telehealth and in person at my studio in Lowell, MA. I collaborate with my clients and their families to utilize a client centered and strengths based approach with a focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship and encouraging self compassion.
I am always in the journey of decolonizing my therapy practice and finding ways to re-imagine my field and encourage colleagues to do so as well. During sessions I integrate beliefs in trauma informed care, anti-oppression work, neurodiversity, fat liberation, disability justice, and gender affirming care among other areas of liberation work.
My specialty is in supporting trans and nonbinary youth and young adults in both identity related areas as well as other mental health concerns. I also have extensive experience working with youth and young adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and autism using neurodiversity affirming frameworks.
I currently reside north of Boston with one wonderful little cat. Some of the things I enjoy outside of being a therapist are baking, gaming, pottery, and taking care of my plants and pets.
